Sandwich franchise chain Subway is planning to open a restaurant at Central Lakes Shopping Village pre-Christmas with franchisee Craig Stevens launching his fifth Subway in the Caboolture area.

“I have lived in this area for 22 years,” said Craig who owns Subway restaurants at Caboolture Industrial Estate, Deception Bay, Rothwell and Kallangur.

“We selected Central Lakes as it is a great fit for Subway’s healthy options menus,” said Craig. “We are very close to the health and education hubs at Caboolture, so will be sure to attract workers, students and families from these areas.” 

Other franchised businesses at the two year old shopping village are Anytime Fitness, Dominos, Priceline Pharmacy, Red Rooster, The Coffee Club and Wok Me.

“Business is booming,” said co-owner of The Coffee Club at Central Lakes, Tina Howes. “It has been a great experience for us, and we now have a set of loyal clients and friends who love our product.”
