Chris Wright and Ash Bartlett, a driven husband-and-wife team, have joined Zambrero’s rapidly expanding network with the launch of their Fairfield restaurant in Melbourne. “This first restaurant has been a great experience, giving us the confidence to grow,” Ash says. “We aim to open at least two more locations in 2025.” 

Chris adds, “The brand has a long runway for expansion, and we want to secure the best sites early.”
