Customers love Muffin Break. That’s according to a recent survey which found the chain had the most satisfied customers of all major coffee shop brands in Australia.

Muffin Break topped Roy MorganÍs latest Customer Satisfaction Monitor, with 89 percent of its customers ïfairlyÍ or ïvery satisfiedÍ with the service received at outlets across the country. The study showed a monthly increase in its satisfaction ratings.

The Coffee Shop of the Month title bestowed by Roy Morgan is part of the research companyÍs ongoing yearly survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers.

Serge Infanti, managing director of the Foodco Group, which owns the Muffin Break brand, said the Roy Morgan Customer Service Award is the result of an ongoing commitment to quality, innovation and improved customer service tracking procedures practiced by all members of the Muffin Break franchise network.

“From our various head office departmental teams to our training centre staff and Muffin Break franchise owners and operators, I am both delighted and proud of all members of the Muffin Break family for achieving such an impressive and deserved endorsement.

“It is currently a very exciting time for Muffin Break. We are in the midst of implementing an international expansion strategy and our domestic performance is better now than it has ever been before. This latest award is the icing on a very delicious cake,” said Mr Infanti.
