Relevant and practical training courses have been carefully selected to ensure you and your staff are well equipped with any necessary skills required to operate a successful bakery café, allowing for a motivated and knowledgeable team.

Operational Support
The Operations’ Team consists of a dynamic group of skiled personnel who provide support in a number of key areas to drive efficiencies, including labour management, rostering systems, maintaining cost of goods (COGS) as well as in-the-field support from coffee making to food preparation and customer service.
