Support Office & Training
By becoming a franchise partner at Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, you become your own boss while joining a growing network of passionate business owners backed by a strong and expanding brand. Our support office provides the training, guidance and operational systems you need to launch confidently and run your store successfully. All practical hands-on training is provided in the first month of your opening trade in your own store. You will also be provided with the option to participate in store
training in one of our existing stores to accelerate your learning before opening your own store.

Our founders also work closely with franchise partners to help recruit and train their opening team, ensuring you start your journey with confidence.

As a franchise partner you also benefit from our Marketing support. We manage company wide brand marketing, digital campaigns, social media, SEO, PR and customer loyalty programs allowing you to focus on running a great store while we focus on gaining maximum visibility in your local territory.

Upfront investment

  • Franchise fee: Our initial franchise fee regardless of which restaurant model you choose is $50K
  • Site/fit-out fee: $50k + GST to $250K + GST

Ongoing fees

  • Royalty: Royalties are charged at 8% of revenue inclusive of marketing.
