Indulge in Taiwan’s authentic taste!
CHICHA SAN Chen Australia brings the authentic artistry of Taiwanese tea brewing to local shores, offering a truly elevated experience for tea lovers. Rooted in a mission to discover and showcase the finest ingredients from the beautiful island of Taiwan, CHICHA SAN Chen has spent more than 20 years perfecting the craft of brewing exceptional tea. Every cup reflects decades of dedication, passion, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
One of the brand’s signature practices is fresh tea roasting, done daily to ensure peak flavor and fragrance. CHICHA SAN Chen is known for its exclusive tea-roasting technique featuring five distinct levels of roast-light, light-medium, medium, medium-heavy, and heavy crafted specifically with premium Lishan Qingxin Oolong leaves. Each roast level is poetically named after the changing colours of the sky, from Dawn, Morning Light, Day Light, and Dusk, all the way to Night. This thoughtful approach reflects the brand’s belief that tea should be more than a drink, it should be an experience that connects people to nature, time, and tradition.
Beyond its exceptional products, CHICHA SAN Chenalso brings a refreshing philosophy to business. The company champions joint operation and win-win partnerships, offering brand management support and sustainable business solutions to its operators. True to its desire to help partners grow with confidence, CHICHA SAN Chen charges no franchise fee and adopts a partner-friendly revenue model. After deducting a fixed royalty, 100% of the revenue is returned to the retail operator, significantly reducing risks for new business owners and allowing them to thrive.
In Australia, CHICHA SAN Chen continues to expand while staying true to its heritage. Celebrating craftsmanship, authenticity, and the timeless culture of Taiwanese tea. Each store serves as a warm invitation to slow down, savour the moment, and experience tea the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Enquire today to find out more.
