The biggest football weekend of the year is expected to kick goals for pizza franchise, Eagle Boys, which is anticipating sales to increase by more than 20 percent.

This weekend is hosting not only the NRL grand final on Sunday 2 October, but also the last pool game in the Rugby World Cup and the AFL grand final on Saturday 1 October.

Eagle Boys CEO Todd Clayton said the franchise is expecting to make more than 100,000 pizzas over the weekend, increasing sales by over 20 percent.

He said Eagle Boys was focusing on getting all orders out efficiently during play, and is predicting that the BBQ Meatlovers and gourmet Butcher’s Block will be top sellers.

“For those celebrating across the weekend, the best match tip is to get your order in early by either phoning the store or ordering online,” Clayton said.
