Eagle Boys slices delivery costs

Pizza franchise, Eagle Boys, has cut the cost of its pizza delivery from $8 to $5, recognising Australia’s tight household budgets and the ongoing push for convenience.

The previous $8 fee was on par with that of Pizza Hut and Domino’s. The current $5 fee is for a limited time and is applicable when customers buy two or more menu-priced pizzas.

Eagle Boys Pizza group executive marketing Christine Hooper said research continually reaffirmed that taste, convenience and price were the key reasons why customers chose Eagle Boys.

“Earlier this year we unveiled our revamped menu providing a range of traditional and gourmet pizzas and side orders. Now we’ve turned our attention to making it even more convenient and affordable for pizza lovers.

“As family budgets are being stretched and lifestyles get busier, we’re constantly looking to provide customers with convenient menu options that suit their taste buds, budgets and lifestyle,” Hooper said.
