bb’s cafe Seaford franchisees Brenton and Ruth Tilbrook have been named Retail Food Group’s (RFG) 2010 bb’s cafe South Australia Team of the Year.

According to bb’s cafe national operations manager, Simon Fraser, the Tilbrook’s award-winning coffee and customer service made them a stand-out. “Brenton and Ruth’s enthusiasm and resolve to make the best coffees in South Australia is unwavering,” he said. “They continue to come up with unique and enticing initiatives and promotions to keep their customers smiling.”

It is the store’s dedicated staff, however, which the franchisees believe helped them to win the award for the second year in a row. “We are so proud of our staff who work so hard to deliver the best products and customer service,” Brenton said. “Three of our staff have even taken the time to complete the gruelling training required as part of the Retail Food Group’s Coffee Training Program, and are now recognised as bb’s cafe baristas”.

There are 59 bb’s cafes operating across Australia and New Zealand. The franchise is owned and managed by Retail Food Group, an Australian retail food brand manager and franchisor. It is also the franchisor of Donut King, Brumby’s Bakeries and Michel’s Patisserie.
