One of Australia’s largest business networks responded to the February bushfires with Bartercard Australia’s franchisees and members raising more than $775,000 in trade dollars. Bartercard Australia initiated a Salvation Army Trade Dollar account for members to support the victims to buy much needed goods and services within the Bartercard business network.

Trevor Dietz, managing director of Bartercard Australia said “From brand development for recovering businesses to tree lopping services removing trees that have been burnt and are causing a risk to property and safety, our members are finding unique methods to kick-start and rebuild businesses that have succumbed to fires.”
