Celebrating a year of success for the convenience store chain, NightOwl held its Annual NightOwl Gala Awards on the Sunshine Coast at the end of August this year.
Topping the night with three award wins was NightOwl Lismore franchisees, Nick and Roz Woodham who took out the 2013 Franchisee of the Year Award, the 2013 The Customer Excellence Champion Award and the 2013 Marketing Award. The couple were also runners up in the 2013 Food Service Champion Award.
“Our success is a direct reflection of the support, promotions and vision from NightOwl group. Our journey to date has been fantastic and enabled us to be in the front seat of our financial independence,” said Nick.
“The 2013 Conference gave us a clear direction for the future of NightOwl and Roz and I are really excited about what lies ahead”.
NightOwl franchisor, Adam Adams said, “It was an honour for me to present some outstanding franchisees with awards that recognised their achievements over the past year”.

NightOwl ambassador, Mal Meninga hosted the awards and shared his experience on building and developing teams.

The Franchisee of the Year Award commends not only financial success but also presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude and relationships with the local community.
