Zarraffa’s Coffee founder, Kenton Campbell, celebrates his 20 years in the coffee industry that he continues to have a love for.

“All through the years, despite the challenges of a growing business, my love for the coffee industry has never been stronger.said Kenton.

Kenton made the move to Australia in 1995 and started up the Queensland based Zarraffa’s Coffee as a wholesale coffee business.

Now with 60 franchised outlets in Australia, Kenton believes the shift to drive-thru and other non-traditional operations of serving coffee is why the business keeps expanding.

Moving with the needs and demands of our customers, while supporting our franchisees has never been more important as we expand our territories.” said Kenton.

Late last year, the brand expanded into Western Australia opening five new stores and is working towards reaching 70 stores by the end of 2013.

“It is thanks to the loyalty of our customers and the faith in our brand that we have been able to grow this business nationally, most recently into WA. My focus in the coming years is an ongoing commitment to our product and service standards.” added Kenton.

From a one-time coffee cart operator to a recognised coffee brand, Zarraffa’s Coffee now spans both coasts of the country and has taught Kenton a thing or two about the industry.

“If there is one thing I have learnt about the coffee industry over the past two decades is that if you are good to coffee, it will be good to you. For me, it’s as simple as that.” he said.
