A Supanews franchise outlet at Westfield Penrith has sold one of the prize-winning tickets in last week’s $80 million Powerball draw.

Supanews founder Adrian Gaskin said he was “thrilled that one of our franchisees has sold a lucky ticket and rewarded a hardworking Australian. It is a great morale boost for our network and our industrious franchisees.”

The newsagency chain based in Brisbane with stores across the eastern seaboard operates both franchised and corporate stores.
