The current Board of Pie Face Holdings consists of newly appointed chairman, Brian Bickmore; CEO and co-founder Wayne Homschek; Betty Fong, co founder and COO; non executive directors Adam Davis and Angus Geddes.

Bickmore is also chairman of the Photon Group and a director of oOH! Media Group Limited. He has been associated with Pie Face since 2003.

Wayne Homschek previously held various investment banking roles, most recently head of the telecommunications and media practice at CitiGroup/Soloman Smith Barney. Homschek, a native American who moved to Australia in 1989, has led/worked on major investment banking transactions across the media, internet and telecommunications markets for companies including Telstra, Austereo.

Betty Fong, who oversees the companies store operations, design and building program, has a background in design and operations. Prior to Pie Face, Fong ran successful fashion label Paablo Nevada with her husband, Wayne Homschek, and had previously worked in retail store design and interior design for several leading design firms.

Fong has been responsible for store operations since the company was founded and until the start of the companyÍs franchising program was responsible for the operations of 20 company stores.
