Pack & Send International has announced the top performers in its Australian network of over 100 stores at its recent national conference at the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast.

The top gong went to 2011 Franchisee of the Year, Lissa Becker and Mike Smart from Pack & Send Pyrmont. The duo were recognised for their hard work and commitment to excellence in customer service and for successfully establishing their store near Star City in Sydney.

Another 28 franchisees were recognised during the night, highlighting expertise in sales and customer service.
