Mastercare Franchising – the franchising arm of commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance company, Mastercare Property Services – has just turned one.

Despite the difficult economic circumstances of the past 12 months, Mastercare Franchising has enjoyed consistent growth, signing on six new franchisees and generating $10 million in sales. The company is now looking to expand even further.

“We already have an extensive client list, but we’re focusing on growing it even more, so we are absolutely prepared to take on new franchisees,” said managing director, Colin Walker.

“Over the next year or so, we’ll be targeting a number of sectors that represent really interesting and profitable contracts for our existing and potential franchisees. For instance, in the past couple of months we’ve been making fantastic new inroads into the automotive and healthcare industries, picking up contracts with luxury car importers and nurtured some extremely productive relationships with influential members of the aged care and education sectors.”

In order to deal with the specific needs of each of these industries, Mastercare Franchising offers full induction and site-specific training as well as manuals and a structured training program containing 36 modules in four categories.
