I have a good idea, what is my first step to developing a franchise?

The hard fact: you need to have a business running first to prove the idea will work before you can even consider franchising it.

We are unable to franchise a concept, we need proven facts Ð financials, systems, and processes; we need to see the errors that you have made and how they were corrected. As a guideline, the best case scenario is having at least two years of trading history.
