The hard work has paid off for Jeff and Jennelle Reynolds of Huntingdale in Perth, with their Aussie Farmer Direct franchise voted Australia’s best. 

The couple earned their franchise the impressive title after it received the highest score of the company’s 229 franchises in a recent customer survey.

This marks the first time a West Australian based Aussie Farmers Direct franchise has taken out the top position.

The quarterly survey asked that customers rate the product range and value for money offered by their local Aussie Farmers Direct franchise, as well as the customer service provided by its franchisees.

Jeff and Jennelle, who have been Aussie Farmers Direct franchisees since February 2011, believe the result reflects their commitment to the customer.  

“We’re proud to receive this award as it formally pays homage to the lengths that we go to, to provide an exceptional customer service.

“Our customers hold the key to our businesses’ success and we pride ourselves on providing them with an excellent experience – it’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ for their support,” said Jeff.

Customers also praised the couple for their willingness to support local schools, sporting groups and organisations through the Aussie Farmers Direct Fundraising Program.

Jeff believes such support benefits both his business and the community.

“We are strong believers that getting involved in local events and assisting with fundraising not only benefits our business, but also helps build a stronger community.

“In the last six months, we have donated more than $3,000 to 10 schools and community groups in the Canning Vale area,” he explained.

Jeff said franchising has proven to be both rewarding and enjoyable for his entire family.

“We’re enjoying the benefits of being our own boss – our weekends have been freed up and we’re able to spend more time with our three daughters Kasey, Danna and Leah.”
