What are the core areas of your company’s business?
InXpress delivers smart, cost-effective shipping and logistics solutions for small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses. We partner with trusted global carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and StarTrack to provide access to world-class services without the complexity or overhead.
Through our global network of independent franchisees, we offer international and domestic express shipping, freight services by air, sea, and road, as well as tailored e-commerce logistics support
Who is a typical customer?
InXpress has built its reputation by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with reliable, cost-effective shipping solutions. These businesses often lack the volume to secure competitive rates directly with major carriers, a gap InXpress bridges by leveraging our global partnerships with leading carriers.
While SMEs remain a core focus, InXpress has been rapidly expanding to meet the needs of larger corporations and enterprise-level customers. Our scalable technology, hands-on service model, and flexible freight solutions have positioned us as a valuable partner for organisations seeking high-performance logistics without the burden of managing it in-house.
Additionally, we continue to grow within the fast-paced e-commerce sector, offering tailored solutions for online retailers, including platform integrations, tracking, and fulfilment support that simplify logistics and improve customer experience.
What makes your brand stand out from the competition?
What sets InXpress apart is our unique blend of cutting-edge technology, personalised service, and a shared-growth model that’s deeply aligned with our franchisees.
While many providers offer discounted shipping, InXpress goes further, combining exclusive carrier partnerships with our proprietary platform that simplifies and automates the shipping process for our customers.
Each franchisee is backed by a dedicated support team, hands-on training, and continuous coaching. Our margin is directly tied to our franchisees’ margin, so we grow together.
Why is this a good business for a franchisee to buy into?
An InXpress franchise offers a proven opportunity in global logistics, with over 25 years of success and operations across 14 countries.
Why InXpress stands out:
• Low startup, high return: no storefront, no stock, no staff required
• Recurring revenue: offer SMEs and enterprise customers competitive rates through top-tier carriers
• Unmatched support: world-class training and a dedicated team invested in your success
• Built to scale: grow at your own pace and create long-term value for your future
Which element of franchisee support is the most well received?
Our hands-on, ongoing support — it’s not just training, it’s partnership. From day one, franchisees are guided by a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) across sales, operations, marketing, and finance who remain actively involved throughout their entire journey. Our onboarding is designed to build confidence fast, especially for those new to logistics.
But what sets us apart is that training doesn’t end after launch — it’s continuous, practical, and tailored. Whether it’s strategic planning, sales execution, or operational problem-solving, our SMEs are easily accessible and fully invested in each franchisee’s growth. Regular coaching, business reviews, marketing support, and real-time advice help maintain momentum long after the first sale.
How many hours a week does a franchisee typically work?
InXpress offers a truly flexible, home-based business model that empowers franchisees to design their work around their lifestyle. Whether you’re balancing family commitments or scaling full-time, this flexibility is one of the most attractive aspects of the opportunity, giving you the freedom to grow on your terms.
However, this is a business where effort equals reward. The more you put in, the more you get out, and with the right drive and support, the potential is unlimited.
What drives your growth strategy?
Our growth is driven by a scalable franchise model, cutting-edge technology, and an unwavering commitment to customer-focused innovation. At InXpress, we invest heavily in technology, with ongoing advancements now including AI integration, a key area shaping the future of logistics. We empower our franchisees with the tools, insights, and dedicated support they need to deliver outstanding service, build lasting customer relationships, and strengthen our brand in every market we serve.
What are your expansion plans for the next five years?
Over the next five years, InXpress Australia is focused on doubling revenue and system margin by building on strong local performance and our leadership in global strategy.
As the third-largest country in the network, Australia is driving key initiatives in technology, operational excellence, and franchise engagement. A core part of our growth plan is the full rebuild of our Webship+ platform to elevate customer experience, improve efficiency, and scale franchisee support.
We’ve also recently launched our first corporate-owned franchisees in the US, Australia, and the UK, developed in collaboration with existing franchise owners. This initiative allows us to scale strategically, gain first-hand market insight, test new carriers and services, and trial innovations to ensure reliability before rolling them out across the wider network.
Franchisee success remains central, with our Brand Development Council playing an active role in shaping strategy. With continued investment and strong franchisor-franchisee alignment, we’re well-positioned to grow market share and deliver long-term value across the Australian logistics sector.
Please share one exciting innovation.
Our key innovation focus for 2025 is the full rebuild and relaunch of our Webship+ technology platform.
The enhanced Webship+ platform is being designed to deliver a superior customer experience while making it even easier for our franchisees to manage and support their clients. A major component of this rebuild is the integration of our domestic freight system, incorporating over 18 local carriers in addition to our global tier-one partners. This enables InXpress franchisees to provide end-to-end logistics solutions with greater autonomy, efficiency, and choice for customers.
