Gelatissimo introduces loyalty app

Gelatissimo has partnered with technology solutions provider MICROS Australia to develop the Club Gelato App, a digital version of its Club Gelato loyalty program.

The app enables franchisees and their staff to track and analyse customer activities from a central database, freeing up their time to focus on other areas of the business. 

Key features of the app include menu, rewards, social media integration, store locator and promotions, all of which are designed to help drive customer visits and spending.

The app is said to assist the brand in connecting with its customers in new ways; including via advertising
campaigns through the Mobile Den Retail Platform as well as customer tailored marketing messages. 

Both the MICROS iCare customer loyalty solution and Mobile Den Retail Platform drive the app, which is integrated with the MICROS point of sale system.
