Sydney Airport’s Terminal 2 is looking for six dynamic fast and fresh food kiosks to join the newly designed casual dining precinct in December.

The chosen providers will join T2’s recently announced line-up that includes Chur Burger, SumoSalad Green Label, Hokka Hokka, Roll’d, Mad Mex, Sahara Grill and Red Rooster.

T2 is home to Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Tiger Air and Regional Express Airlines and 16 million customers use the terminal each year.

Sydney Airport general manager retail Glyn Williams said this is “an exceptional opportunity for compelling fast and fresh food brands to be part of this food and dining transformation at T2”

The works form part of the wider redevelopment plan for Sydney Airport in 2015 and 2016.

The closing date for submissions is 1 October 2015.
