In a bid to offer customers a degustation experience without the hefty price tag, Crust Pizza has launched a new four course degustation menu.

The menu features 13 product offerings, all of which are designed to complement one another, and they span five categories – starters, pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts.

Starters include the Vietnamese salad with wagyu and lamb ribs, meanwhile a number of new pizza varieties, such as smoked salmon, falafel and Italian sausage have been added to the company’s range.

In a first for the brand, the new menu also features four pasta dishes. These include spicy Spanish seafood, a dish comprised of marinated garlic tiger prawns, scallops, shallots, caramelised onions, spicy chorizo and a chilli infused EVOO, as well as traditional bolognese.

Dessert offerings include the black forest crumble, which is a dessert pizza topped with custard, mud cake, cherries, baked crumbles, berry coulis and icing sugar, along with five new ice cream flavours such as salted caramel and blood orange.

Michael Rose, managing director, Crust said the new menu was developed with the brand’s customers in mind.

“Our new menu has been crafted by listening to our customers and what they want from us – more
ptions to pair with pizza, like pasta and even a dessert pizza. We took this feedback and carefully developed this new menu over a two year period to be able to maximise the customer experience.

“We are confident we have delivered an exception menu which we know our customers will love,” he said.

Rose said the menu offers something for everyone, and he encourages customers pick and choose multiple items and pair them with great wine or craft beer.

Furthermore, he stressed the menu isn’t just about the food, but the entire dining experience.

“It’s about showcasing our quality ingredients and engaging with customers. At Crust we are known for great pizza and for us it’s the whole experience which makes the difference.”
