Which cafe franchise is considering an additional model and plans to open six to eight more sites in Victoria?

“There are definitely expansion plans for The Jolly Miller Cafe next year,” said Simon Barbar, franchisor.

“We are locking in several sites in Victoria already and looking at opening six to eight franchises next year,” he added.

But that’s not all.

“In 2017 we will be starting to consider two types of models,” continued Barbar.

“The smaller footprint locations, predominantly in shopping centres, with no kitchens would require an investment of $350,000-$400,000 and the larger footprint locations with commercial kitchens would require an investment of $550,000- $600,000 which is all subject to site conditions.

“We are super excited about the shopping centre model (without a kitchen) as we feel there is definitely opportunity to grow an Australian cafe patisserie model with a focus on quality home made sweets.”
