Outstanding achievements across Big4 Holiday Parks were recognised recently at the group’s annual gala awards.

This year a new category was introduced; the Chairman’s Awards for Excellence for those sites which had excelled in delivering the Big4 brand promise of excellence in customer service, park presentation and facilities, cleanliness and safety, and in providing a unique holiday experience or stay in addition to excellence in the delivery of the brand and marketing messages.

This year there were six recipients of the inaugural Chairman’s Award for Excellence, and of these, one park was selected to receive the Big4 Supreme Award for Excellence.
