The newest residents at the Big4 Gold Coast 32 acre holiday park are a mini horse, a mini sheep, two alpacas, ducks, chickens and two mini goats.

The animals in the just-opened petting zoo are a hit with guests, particularly the Vize family who appeared in last week’s episode of Domestic Blitz starring the couples from The Block Sky High.

The Vizes (who have dealing with cancer in the family) got the surprise of their lives when Scott Cam announced that all 2013 Block couples would be pitching in to give their home a much needed makeover from top to bottom.

While the domestic rescue mission took place the family of four were sent for three days to the BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park to soak up the sun – and took a shine to one of the goats. So park owner Theo Whitmont suggested the boys give the goat a name – and they came up with Gold Star.
