Salsa’s Fresh Mix Grill will open a new store at Mount Lawley in Western Australia on 11 February, bringing its total number of Australia-wide stores to 38.

The store will be the company’s first “casual dining” restaurant in Perth, where diners can choose to eat-in or take away.

It will employ 25 Mount Lawley locals and offer the company’s full menu, which is styled on cuisine typically found in Baja, Califrornia.

It includes all the Mexican favourites such as hard and soft tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas with a range of different fillings.
