Looking to diversify your financial portfolio? Now might be the time for you to take the jump into a growing market: flexible workspace solutions.

A globally recognised business in this field, IWG, has launched an exciting franchise opportunity with its brands Regus, Spaces, Signature and HQ.

In May 2021 IWG announced plans to develop the Spaces Opendesk business. The new sites are planned for Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and will provide a smaller, more flexible offering than the classic serviced 50-office business.

The new concept can slot into just 300 or 500sqm, an ideal footprint for retail, mixed use and high density developments.

That’s in contrast to the larger format operations also available through IWG.  In June IWG revealed the first of 10 Regus ‘flexspaces’ centres opened as part of a mega franchise deal with the Adams Group.

The total area for the Townsville centre is 700sqm+ with several two, four and six or more workstation offices available to  lease.

The Townsville site will be  joined by locations in the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Noosa, Mackay, Rockhampton,  Gladstone, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Airlie Beach.

The high demand for flexible workspace continues to grow as more and more people adapt to a new way of working.
