The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has unveiled a Small Business Hub, an online site to help business owners understand some of their legal obligations.

Users can address concerns such as starting and closing a small business, understand the different business structures available, and get information on small business compliance.

A small business resources section on the website includes One-minute guides on issues such as disputes about employee entitlements, record-keeping, and maintaining up-to-date company details.
