In keeping with the times the Jim’s Group has developed its own app, ‘Book A Jim,’ which is designed to make it easier for customers to find and book jobs.
The app can be used to locate any of Jim’s more than 30 different home and office divisions with the simple touch of a screen.
The divisional manager of Jim’s Mowing, Greg Puzzolo, who was involved in the design and launch of the new app, said he was thrilled the group has finally moved into app world.
“We embrace any new technologies that will help our clients receive the best possible service, such as our extensive website which links all of our divisions.
“The new ‘Book A Jim’ App has a wealth of information and functionality literally at the customer’s fingertips that they can access anytime, anywhere.”
The app is not all work related, Puzzolo explains it also features a game. “There is also a fun and interactive ‘Jimbo ‘ game – which we believe will attract a cult following amongst app gamers,” he said.
Customers who download the app and book a job with Jim’s before 15 October will be automatically entered into a draw to win a brand new Hyundai i30 hatch.
