Who is a typical customer?
House-proud home owners aged 40-80 are our customer base.

Our focus on professionalism and service, and offering the most transparent warranty in the industry are key standouts.
Why is this a good business for a franchisee to buy into?
This is a great lifestyle business, franchisees are home by 3pm most days. There’s also amazing earning potential – weekly revenue of at least $5,000 is achievable.
Which element of franchisee support is the most well-received?
As the owner, I coach franchisees directly. This is immensely valuable because I can share the experiences of building a roof restoration company from scratch.
How many hours a week does a franchisee typically work?
Most franchisees will work between 30 and 35 hours.
What drives your growth strategy?
Measured growth and top-quality people; our growth is governed by how many quality people we can find to put into franchises
What are your expansion plans for the next five years?
To keep growing with up to eight new franchises each year. This is not aggressive growth but it allows us to keep control and avoid the costly errors of growing too fast.
What is one exciting innovation or development you have planned?
We are building a services arm so there are services we can offer in the wetter months. This should allow franchisees’ income to be steady across the year…even in wet periods.
