idorecruit for retail, fast food and hospitality

A new recruitment agency has been founded by Trish Russo, who has more than 10 years experience recruiting for franchises such as McDonalds, Gloria Jeans, Boost Juice and Sumo Salad. She is now the director of idorecruit, a recruiting agency that provides temporary and permanent hiring solutions specifically for the retail, fast food and hospitality industries.

According to idorecruit, these industries in particular choose not to use traditional recruitment agencies because they face high turnover rates for staff and high agency costs, while online recruiting sites often receive hundreds of unsuitable applicants.

In response to this Russo launched idorecruit to advertise vacant positions, screen resumes, conduct pre-interviews and provide businesses with up to five of the most suitable candidates for a particular job.

For a flat fee starting from $295, the client will also receive a one month guarantee.

If one of those candidates was employed and it didn’t work out, they’ll get a one month guarantee, so basically, they know for one month, for that cost, they are going to get a suitable employee, Russo said.

Trish has recruited for and worked in the retail, fast food and hospitality industries extensively, so she has an in-depth understanding of her clients’ needs, said Peter Irvine, co-founder of Gloria Jean’s Coffees.

She has a natural talent for finding the right people for the right positions and her staffing solutions at idorecruit are priced much more reasonably than traditional agencies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her service to retail and fast food businesses looking for staff.

Russo has more than 25 years experience in the retail and fast food industry and is the owner of 23 successful food retail businesses across Australia. She was also named the 2007 Franchise Woman of the Year by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
