Guzman y Gomez breakfast deal for Café Hola Breakfast restaurants

Sarah Stowe

Popular Mexican fast food chain Guzman y Gomez adds a value-for-money breakfast deal to its menu, to help bring in more morning trade.

Customers can add a medium coffee and hash brown to any brekkie item for just $3 in the Breakfast Make It a Meal deal.

GYG’s Café Hola Breakfast menu is available across the country in selected restaurants and drive-thrus, as well on the app and via delivery.

Breakfast has been on the Mexican menu since 2018 with GYG’s Café Hola Breakfast restaurants delivering a tasty twist on traditional breakfast meals – think churro toast, breakfast burritos and scrambled egg brekkie bowls.

GYG has already heralded its big expansion along Australia’s eastern seaboard, announcing in April this year more than 30 new restaurants are in the pipeline, bringing more fast-food options to local neighbourhoods.

Drive-thru restaurants are a significant part of the chain’s strategy for expansion. Five locations have been selected and are just waiting for franchisees to sign up to the business potential: Hervey Bay, Port Macquarie, Mackay, Cairns and Tamworth.

These restaurants are expected to open between August 2021 and July 2022.

Other franchises for sale with GYG are in Wollongong, Nowra, Dubbo, Western Melbourne, Ballarat, Ipswich, Townsville, Gladstone and locations in Western Australia

GYG has spread its wings beyond Australia’s borders, with stores launched in the US, Japan and Singapore.
