Mobile franchise business Ensuites On Tow has given its luxury portable bathrooms a boost, joining forces with advanced composites and sports car builder Bolwell to build its trailer mounted ensuites.
Ensuites On Tow co-founder and builder Norm Duell said the Bolwell Corporation had achieved a clear improvement in the already high standards to which the ensuites were designed and built.
“BolwellÕs passion for quality is exceptional, their quality of work is better, straight up, than we have had from our previous manufacturers,” he said. “We thought weÕd be too small for Bolwell, but how wrong that has proven to be — they have worked hand in hand with us and have already suggested some design enhancements.”
Duell and plumber Brad Merrett put five years of research and development into a temporary bathroom for family use during bathroom renovations. But their customer base has grown to include rock stars and arts festivals, race drivers and bicycle tours.
“We get people who have people staying at holiday time, garden weddings and parties, sporting and theatrical events, conferences and motorsport — anywhere that people need something better and more appealing than just a portable toilet,” revealed Duell.
Each Ensuite features a domestic dual-flush toilet plus a full sized shower, vanity, electric hot water system, power point, lighting, exhaust fan, chrome towel rails and even a courtesy light for the outside step.
In addition to the Australian business there are two units established in New Zealand.
