One year after it signed a master franchise agreement with HBN Group in North India, Eagle Boys has expanded its reach into West India.
The pizza franchise has signed a master franchise agreement with Krsna Foods India, a company that is said to have a proven track record in retail and pizza operations.
Bruce Scott, managing director, Eagle Boys said the expansion is a huge achievement for the company.
“It demonstrates that Eagle Boys is attractive to the foreign market. People believe in Eagle Boys and are willing to invest in its growth and development.”
He said Krsna Foods has a wealth of experience in the restaurant and pizza industries.
“Eagle Boys is a very attractive option for experienced QSR operators. Krsna Foods India has more than 20 years’ experience in operating restaurants, with most of this time spent in the pizza industry. This organisation is well equipped to achieve success with Eagle Boys in West India.”
While the master franchisee will adopt the Eagle Boys brand and business and training models, the stores will offer menus that are locally inspired.
Scott said Eagle Boys believes Krsna Foods will be able to open more than 250 stores in the region.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for Eagle Boys and we look forward to seeing the growth which will allow our Australian and international business to partner with world-class suppliers,” he said.
The Eagle Boys stores in West India will be a combination of company and franchised stores.
