Razzamataz Theatre Schools, a UK-based franchise that delivers dance, drama and singing classes to children between the ages of four and 18, is looking to take the brand overseas.
There are currently 38 Razzmatazz Theatre Schools in operation across the UK, and founder Denise Hutton Gosney is now looking to take the brand to expat communities and English speaking nations.
“We are now ready to roll out our proven business system world-wide and are seeking master franchisees to set up franchise networks in a wide number of countries,” she said.
“We have a particular interest in Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East where we know children’s after school and weekend activities that combine health and fitness with the ability to develop confident young people is in high demand.”
According to Hutton Gosney, the opportunity could prove incredibly lucrative for the brand’s international master franchisees.
“As well as opening their owned managed Razzamataz Theatre Schools, master franchisees will be able to sub-franchise within their country and generate multiple revenue streams,” she said.
“For the right person the potential financial rewards could be phenomenal.”
She added support and training will all be provided by the franchisor, and a master franchisee’s attitude and personality traits will be carefully considered.
“Full support in terms of training, marketing and business systems will be provided by head office to help master franchisees establish and grow their business.
“Having a passion for the performing arts and working with children would be a distinct advantage but most important of all is having the right attitude and a determination to succeed in business,” said Hutton Gosney.
The cost of a Razzamataz master franchise licence starts at £80,000 (approximately AU$150,000) depending on the size of the territory, and additional working capital will be required.
