When you join, a comprehensive induction and onboarding program will cover what you need to help set you up for success. From there, ongoing support and training includes direct access to head office, regular meetings with field managers and 24/7 access to hundreds of online training modules. You also have plenty of opportunities to learn from other home loan managers who, together, have over 1500 years of experience.

As a RAMS franchisee you’ll distribute home loans provided by Westpac. With just one credit policy and product set to master, you can develop the depth of knowledge that brings confidence to your customers.  You can also build an asset and an income stream for the future. Furthermore, as you get established we’ll give you up to 12 months to open your own RAMS Home Loan Centre, and we’ll even help you to find the site.

What it takes to join the team

So what does it take to become a successful RAMS franchisee?

You don’t necessarily need a background in lending, though we do look for a strong track record in sales and people management. What you do need is a passion for helping customers to realise their dreams. That means inspiring your team to embrace RAMS’ values, being an active member of the team and accepting that building any successful business takes hard work.
