Our story began with Dani Zeini, a hospitality expert who was inspired by a memorable burger in the US. He spent over a month tasting more burgers, determined to bring something amazing to Melbourne. That passion led to the creation of Royal Stacks, a brand that combines top-tier food with a lively dining experience. Now, with 10 locations and counting, we’re growing fast and looking for Franchise Partners to help us expand.

The Opportunity We’re looking for Franchise Partners to help expand into Greater Melbourne and beyond. Locations of interest include Thomastown, Epping, Moorabbin, Mernda, Glen Waverley, Ballarat, Geelong, Frankston, and more.
Our team will work with you to find the perfect location, ensuring a strong start for your business. We also offer support with site selection, so your restaurant is positioned for success.
The investment for a Royal Stacks restaurant ranges from $450,000 to $700,000, covering everything from the fit-out to high-quality kitchen equipment, all designed to provide the Royal Stacks experience.

What We Look for in Royal Stacks Franchise Partners We’re looking for passionate, hands-on leaders who can connect with customers, build great teams, and drive local marketing efforts. Key qualities include:

Our structured guides ensure you master every menu item, from perfecting our signature burgers to crafting shakes and sides with consistency. You’ll also receive hands-on training on our point-of-sale system, so you can manage orders, sales and operations with ease. After launch you will continue to receive ongoing support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to run a thriving Royal Stacks restaurant.
Marketing Support:
Our strategic marketing calendar is built to boost sales and enhance brand visibility by leveraging menu innovation, key events, and high-impact campaigns. In addition to national initiatives, our team offers expert support for local area marketing, helping you engage with your community and expand your customer base.
