History

In 1996, Larry and Narda Pantaleo began selling specialty pies and cakes at their Fresh Food Mart deli in Pinjarra, WA. Their humble addition grew into a successful bakery, Pinjarra Bakery & Patisserie, known for premium local produce and a focus on quality. With Italian roots and a passion for food, the Pantaleos expanded to an independent store, becoming a local success story. The family, now with three adult kids involved, has been in the pie business for 25 years, with the next generation continuing the tradition of quality baking.
