We totally endorse and comply with all statutory and common law requirements that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission require for the protection, obligations and rights to franchisees and the franchisor. We operate strictly within their legal framework.
We at Real Fruit Ice Cream [Franchising] Pty Ltd have never felt comfortable, that, most franchised operations restrict the financial viability of their respective franchisee’s.
Our Business Model differs from most Franchised Operations …
whereas we encourage the financial viability of our franchisees herein after referred to as Team Members with the following:
We prefer to use the term Team Member and not Franchisee. A Team Member [Franchisee] will always be legally bound and protected, with all statutory and common law requirements and rights that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission require, for the protection, obligations and rights to franchisees and the franchisor.
Team Member’s Wellbeing and Happiness is of Paramount Importance to Real Fruit Ice Cream [Franchising] Pty Ltd and will work collectively with all members through the Continuous Quality Improvement Program to ensure that we achieve this goal.
We have a fully documented Continuous Quality Improvement Program. This program encompasses the collective input of all Team Members [franchisees] with regular meetings and updates. These meetings are conducted via various Electronic platforms. Each members input is equal and the resulting general consensus will be duly noted and where necessary implemented for the good of all Team Members. The Continuous Quality Improvement Membership will also be represented by various industry suppliers to Real Fruit Ice Cream [Franchising] Pty Ltd. Real Fruit Ice Cream [Franchising] Pty Ltd will also be represented by their management.
