Born in the restaurant, Huxtaburger is Melbourne’s original cult burger brand.

Our Huxtaburger co-founders launched the first Huxtaburger store in Collingwood in late 2011 off the back of their successful, one hatted restaurant, Huxtable. The mission was simple: to make the best burgers in Melbourne.

Now, with nine restaurants and a national footprint in Victoria, Western Australia, and New South Wales, we have our hearts set on a new goal: to make the best burgers in Australia.

Our juicy burgers capture the quality and expertise in everything we chase. Smashed together with our irresistible sides, signature fried chicken, and house sauces, our menu creates happiness through taste. We push the burger boundaries, follow our gut, and bring passion and personality to the table. Most importantly, we embrace diversity. Huxtaburger is all-inclusive; we proudly stand beside our customers and the causes we care about.
