Training & Ongoing Support

Comprehensive Induction Program
- Two-week induction at Head Office
- Self-paced online modules and in-store training
- Ten-week series of weekly systems training sessions
Ongoing Learning & Development
- Hip Pocket Academy — our online Learning Management System with continuous training resources
- Hip Central — our central communications hub for training policies, manuals, guides, and operational information
- Monthly training sessions to refresh knowledge and keep pace with evolving business practices

- Pre-opening training in a live operational store

- Site/fit-out fee: $120,000

Ongoing fees
- Royalty: Fee paid on Stock purchases – Up to 3.7% of stock purchases.
- Administration or management fee: $10,500 per annum
- Marketing fees: 1%
