Have you picked up your free Slurpee today? Franchisees at almost 600 7-Eleven outlets in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT and Queensland will be handing out the small frozen drink to customers who say Happy 7-Eleven Day in store between 7am and 11pm on 7th November 2011.

Lalena King, brand manager for 7-Eleven Australia, said “For the first time we will also have Slurpers in ACT joining the party. In true Slurpee style, we’re also inviting Australians to share their 7-Eleven Day happy snaps on the Slurpee Australia Facebook page for a chance to win a year’s supply of Slurpee.”

One million customers are expected to claim the unofficial birthday treat, an annual celebratory promotion that started in 2008.
