Cartridge World, the world’s fastest growing ink and toner remanufacturing franchise, has announced the addition of Rod Young to its Board of Directors.

Young has been a key advisor to some of Australasia’s leading groups, steering large organisations in using franchising.

He will now be supporting Cartridge World’s development initiatives around the world and will be using his position within the international franchising community to work closely with the existing board members and escalate the company’s global standing.

Peter Hasko, executive chairman of Cartridge World, said “Rod Young is a versatile management professional with a broad range and depth of experience leading a consulting conglomerate developing networks and brands.”

“We are thrilled he has taken on this new role to strengthen the Cartridge World brand utilising his widespread knowledge of the franchising industry.”

Young has over 30 years experience in franchising, licensing and business development in Australia, Europe, China, South East Asia, India and the US and is considered one of the world’s leading franchise consultants.

“Cartridge World is the perfect opportunity to get involved with a well known international brand that is experiencing tremendous success,” said Young. “The company provides customers with superior service and an alternative to help them reduce their impact on millions of cartridges that end up in landfills each year.”
