Commercial fit-out franchise, Total Fitouts has grown to include six franchisees within six months.
Now that the business has reached its first year expansion targets in New South Wales, its focus is firmly on building the brand in Western Australia and New Zealand.
Within the next two to three years it is expected Total Fitouts will comprise 50 franchisees situated across the country.
From a profit perspective, the business is predicted to generate up to $10 million turnover in its first year.
G.J. Gardner Homes founder Greg Gardner and the master franchisee for NSW /ACT, Matt Hope, along with Corey Passey of Smith & Sons saw there was an opportunity to offer builders more long-term career options.
“Right now, there is an excellent capacity for growth with this business as it provides a solution for a niche in the marketplace that has been overlooked until now,” said Hope, who also acts at Total Fitouts’ NSW/ACT managing director.
“Economic circumstances have meant industries that have taken large spaces in expectation of growth are now relinquishing it resulting in more need for refurbishments of smaller spaces or refits to avoid the expense of moving.”
Total Fitouts Australia/New Zealand managing director, Jeremy Dyer said the partnership would assist business growth in the building industry.

The founders are familiar with the franchise system – collectively they have over 50 years of experience in the franchise building game.

Total Fitouts specialises in key markets of hospitality, health care, offices, professional suites and retail franchises. Franchises start from $45,000 excluding GST.
