Swimart – one of Australasia’s largest pool and spa specialist groups — has recognised its high performing franchisees at an event for its Australian and New Zealand franchise network.

Swimart’s marketing manager, Nathan Hallahan said “We always encourage our franchise partners to stretch themselves, but it’s been rewarding to see so many franchisees and their teams stepping up and excelling throughout this unexpected environment. They have demonstrated how diving into the deep end can really pay off.

“Each one brings a wealth of experience, business know-how, dedication and genuine customer care enabling them to survive and thrive during tough times,” he continues. “So many of our franchisees bring a range of unique skills and expertise to our proven franchise system which continues to help us all kick goals.”

Swimart awarded Franchise of the Year awards across five categories with criteria such as business growth, superior customer care and advice, and innovation.

Award winning franchisees were from Byron Bay, Woree, Warner’s Bay, Blacktown, St Ives and Glenfield in Auckland, New Zealand.

Byron Bay mobile pool care service owner Gary Sanderson is delighted with his Franchise of the Year award. “My team deserve this recognition as they are dedicated and diligent and take pride in providing help and advice to our customers,” said Gary. “Pandemic or not, customer care is paramount.”

Swimart Jindalee, headed up by franchisee Ashley Weekes (pictured above), won the Retailer of the Year award.

Franchisees now are gearing up for a brand refresh with Swimart continuing to roll out interior and exterior transformations to all of its stores and mobile assets and fleet vehicles across Australia and New Zealand.
