Vietnamese food franchise Rolld is soon to enter its fourth Australian state, following the appointment of Quintin Mansell as its New South Wales state manager.

Mansell, who is a former leasing executive, will oversee the brand’s expansion across New South Wales.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of the Rolld team during this exciting growth period and look forward to exploring some fantastic opportunities in the Sydney market,” he said.

Rolld co-founder Bao Hoang has worked with Mansell in the past, and believes in his ability to successfully establish the brand in New South Wales.

“I developed a working relationship with Quintin during the negotiation of our leasing agreement for the Eastland store and was extremely impressed with his experience and aptitude,” he said.

“I have full confidence in his ability to help us achieve our goals in NSW.”

Bao is similarly all praise for Rolld’s Queensland state manager and former Healthy Habits franchisee, Michael Jamieson.

“As the state manager for Queensland, along with his extensive experience as a successful franchisee, Michael will be heavily involved in creating and implementing new systems, managing expansion operations and training new franchisees,” he said.

Jamieson will continue to oversee the brand’s expansion in Queensland. “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to help further expand the Rolld business in Queensland and I am confident we have the right team and systems,” he said.

In just over 12 months Rolld has grown from one to 15 stores, and there are plans to open 100 stores nationally within the next two years.
