Gourmet pizza chain Pizza Capers has launched a new product, and it’s not a new pizza variety, but rather an artisan ice cream and gelato range that is available exclusively to its stores.

The Little Ice Cream Shoppe contains six different ice cream and gelato flavours including salted caramel and malt crunch, red velvet chocolate cupcake, fudge infused cookies and cream and a low fat mango gelato.

The range also includes ‘the flavour so crazy it doesn’t have a name,’ a vanilla ice cream concoction that contains mini rainbow marshmallows, chocolate fudge bites, mini M&M’s, Nerd candy bits and milk chocolate fudge swirls.

Craig Wheate, head chef, Pizza Capers said the new ice cream and gelato range is an exciting addition to the brand.

“Like our generous and high quality pizza toppings, The Little Ice Cream Shoppe range includes high quality ingredients and generous additions.

“Pizza Capers has never been afraid to experiment with bold flavours for our pizza, making our stores a natural home for The Little Ice Cream Shoppe range,” he said.

Each flavour in the range is packaged in colourful 520ml tubs with hand drawn designs, and they are available now through the instore freezers of 122 Pizza Capers stores.
