New look for The Franchise Shop

Established franchise consulting group The Franchise Shop has a new identity and website, www.thefranchiseshop.com.au (previously www.thefranchiseshop.net.au). The company experienced record growth of 40 percent in 2008, and aims to continue this incline.

Managing director, Richard Garraway said “Obtaining the dot com url presented us with the opportunity to re-brand and weÕre thrilled with the results. Our new brand identity represents freshness and dynamism and thatÕs how we feel as a company. “ItÕs practicing what we preach really. We believe the most effective franchises are those with stunningly efficient systems and processes and a continuous supply of fresh ideas. The same goes for us,” added Garraway.

Staff recruitment has been central to the businessÕs rising levels of efficiency. “Staff-wise we grew the business by 20 percent last year and the intellectual capital and great administration skills those staff members have brought on board canÕt be underestimated,” Garraway explained.
