Franchise consultancy firm, FC Business Solutions has recently attained the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Accreditation, a globally recognised management system standard.
The company achieved the accreditation, which is used by more than one million companies and organisations worldwide, after ISO officials conducted a comprehensive internal review of the business.
According to the ISO website, ISO9001:2008 is based on a number of quality management principles.
These include:
- A strong customer focus
- The motivation and implication of top management
- The process approach
- Continual improvement
“The process of becoming ISO9001:2008 accredited enabled us to take a close look at our internal systems, and review them to ensure they are optimised towards ensuring the best possible services and solutions are provided to our clients,” said Corina Vuvic, FC Business Solutions director.
“It has also enabled us to establish processes for continuous improvement.”
