Quest Serviced Apartments opened its Liverpool franchise mid April, which is one of three new openings in New South Wales this year.

Quest Nowra is scheduled to open April 30 and Quest Albury – the second Quest property in the regional area – is scheduled to open May 4.

CEO Zed Sanjana said that Quest’s growth is aggressive and that he has full confidence in the company’s expansion process.

“Liverpool, Nowra and Albury are perfect examples of how Quest meets the accommodation needs of the corporate market across Australia.

“All three economies are strong, with a number of major projects underway including the multi-million dollar Kurrajong Road (Liverpool) and Princes Highway (Nowra) upgrades, and the redevelopment of the Albury Art Gallery,” Sanjana said.

Former New South Wales sales area manager James Blanchett has taken over the role of franchisee of Quest Nowra after working two years in the company’s head office.

Blanchett said that he can’t wait to open his doors.

“Nowra really is the commercial heart of the Shoalhaven region and that is not a title that is easily earned. Quest’s style of high-quality, extended-stay accommodation perfectly suits the requirements of Australia’s defence force – one of the most prominent industries in the area,” Blanchett said.

Quest will be further expanding in 2015 with 12 properties opening in Australia and three in New Zealand.
